We rented speakers for our reception since Enderun's Atrium does not have any sound system available. We also rented the projectors for them for the photos and the Same-Day-Edit.

We were so disappointed with the projectors, one thing that morning wedding couples should consider is that it will be too bright for a simple projector (we got the 2300 lumens), we asked this with CyberPro, but they said "Kaya naman". Apparently, "kaya naman" means barely making out what is being projected at the screen, so we had to make a decision not to show the photo slideshow and the SDE anymore since the guests wouldn't be able to see it anyway. I was soooo disappointed since our SDE was really nice.

(A couple of days before the event, our coordinator asked around and said that maybe the projector was really not fit for a morning kind of wedding, she asked how much is the higher lumens (4000 and up) projector and it costs soo much more that we decided to forego it, as in 5,000 to 7,000Php more!!!)

The sound system was also not perfect, the sound guys were not too good, I'm not sure if they really know what they're doing or their equipment was just really not good. Anyway, the only good thing about this is that they are really cheap. Hehe. And of course, I take half the blame for the projector (well, I blame it to cost cutting. haha)

Villa Del Conte Chocolates!

We met Vince of Villa del Conte in one the wedding fairs we attended. He was soo animated and so friendly that I was so convinced I wanted to have Villa del Conte chocolates as our giveaways for our Ninongs and Ninangs, but when we checked how much it would cost, I changed my mind. hahaha!

A couple of months before our wedding, I was browsing through A-deals, a groupon site for stores in Ayala Malls, Villa del conte had a promo, 1500php for 1KL of praline balls (around 70 to 80 pcs). We decided to buy three kilos but the last day of claiming was a month before our wedding day. I called their office to ask if it was okay to put the chocolates in a room temperature area for another month, their secretary answered and told me that she will leave my message and someone will call me back. After 2 days, I got Vince on the phone asking me what my concern was and then as our conversation progresses, he went on to say that they can hold on to our chocolates so we don't have to get them 2 weeks before our wedding. Talk about customer service! When we got them, I immediately transferred the chocolates to a big airtight container until I was ready to box them (Made the boxes myself :)). We had the coffee, macadamia and hazelnut praline balls. My favorite was the Macadamia, my sister on the other hand loved the Hazelnut.

After I boxed the chocolates, we had a lot of leftovers and decided to give some too to people who helped us with our preps and to the other members of the entourage. It was 4,500Php well spent, and I'm sure everyone else enjoyed the chocolates as much as we did. :)

We rented long tables, since Enderun only has the round ones. Long tables makes it more homey and casual. You only need to call to reserve, no dps needed. :)

Our contract with Lenscape did not include the tarp for the background so I found one in the net, no hassle (All in all, from my first inquiry to delivery lasted for only 1 week!), and they also deliver to your doorstep. Just perfect!

Tents

We needed tents just to be sure (if and when it rains), found Metromix to have the lowest price for the tents, they provided photos of previous events and it looked okay. They delivered on time, the tents were clean and what was described and I did not have any problems talking to them. :)
